PERSONAL
Linda LaPilusa loves life! Family tops her list of priorities. She believes strongly that success is not measured by what money can buy. But rather, success is achieved by having all of the things money cannot buy—things like caring relationships, the trust and respect of other people and peace of mind from a job well done.
Integrity plays an integral role in Linda’s belief system and everyday values. She believes it distinguishes itself from other paths because it is the only path upon which you will never get lost.
Victory is a goal Linda consistently strives to achieve on behalf of her clients. She understands when they win—she wins. She devotes time to study and stay on the cutting edge of Real Estate.

BACKGROUND

Linda acquired her first Real Estate License more than 20 years ago in Atlantic City, New Jersey with the Century 21 system. She and her family moved 7 times during the next 15 years, and most were interstate moves. These moves provided her with the experience that truly enables her to empathize with buyers andsellers, since she has personally been on both sides of real estate transactions numerous times. 
Linda started her Real Estate career in Southern Indiana with Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services in 2002. Through hard work and dedication, Linda gained the distinction of “Top Producer” by consistently ranking as one of the top Agents within the company that is 300 strong. She has earned the position of “#1 Producing Agent in the New Albany Office” for a number of years. Linda has also ranked as one of the top Realtors among the approximately 800 in the Southern Indiana Realtors Association for the last few years as well. To date, Linda has sold more than 200 million dollars of Real Estate in Southern Indiana.
 

TRAINING

Linda is a skillful negotiator and invests considerable time and money in staying on the cutting edge of trends and changes in the real estate industry. Linda has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representation) designation. This is an intensive course on how to most effectively represent the rights of your buyer and how to strategically negotiate on their behalf.
Linda is also a graduate of the GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute) which is taught over three weeks within a three year period in Bloomington, Indiana. This course keeps you current on changing laws, trends, technology and sales techniques. GRI is known as one of the highest designations in the Real Estate Industry.
Linda is also a graduate of the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Course. Only 4% of all Realtors in North America have earned this prestigious designation. These courses teach new skills that enable Agents to be the most competitive in a constant changing residential Real Estate market.
Linda also attended the Schuler Bauer Sales Mastery Course with many principles taken from the Floyd Wickman Courses, including the principle of  “You Get By Giving,” .Linda La Pilusa is a graduate of the  Sales Mastery Training Academy, an extensive, nine-week course thatteaches essential practices for offering superior real estate service.
Linda is also a “Sales Master” & Certified Relocation & New Construction Specialist.
